Who we are
An Englishwoman, an Italian and a Spaniard walk into a café in Basel. No, it's not a joke. It's our weekend.
We're three friends, all coeliac, living in Switzerland. Between us we've given up proper pasta, pan con tomate and a decent scone, so we take finding good gluten-free food very seriously.
Why we started
Eating gluten-free usually means reading menus like contracts and asking the same question at every counter. For a while we kept the good finds in our group chat. Now we share them with you.
How it works
Every spot here is one we've eaten at ourselves. They all have gluten-free options. We start in Basel (BSL) and add new cities whenever we travel.
